🚫 What a Private Investigator CANNOT Do

❌ Trespass on private property
❌ Place a GPS tracker on a vehicle without the consent of the legal owner or lessee
❌ Record individuals in places where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy (homes, bathrooms, locker rooms, hotel rooms, etc.)
❌ Record private conversations without proper consent (Florida is a two-party consent state)
❌ Make arrests unless licensed and authorized under separate security or law enforcement authority
❌ Access or use DMV, phone, or personal data for unauthorized purposes
❌ Violate federal or state privacy laws
